TechLab Guidelines
Free Entry
Admission to the Techlab is free of charge, and no advance booking is required for individual visitors.
Operating Hours
The Techlab is open to the public only during designated operating hours. Please check the schedule before visiting.
Group Visit
Groups of more than 20 visitors are required to email the PSC Admin (admin@pscpen.com) in advance to arrange their visit.
Supervision & Security
The Techlab is monitored 24/7 by CCTV for safety and security purposes.

Penang Science Cluster is not responsible for any injury, or accident that may occur during your visit.
Children & Minors
Visitors under 18 years old must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
Care of Equipment & Facilities
We kindly ask all visitors to handle equipment, tools, and facilities with care. Any damage that occurs during your visit may be the responsibility of the visitor.
Food & Drink Policy
Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the Techlab to protect the equipment.
Personal Belongings
Please keep your personal belongings secure. Penang Science Cluster will not be held liable for any loss or theft.
Respectful Conduct
Please treat staff, volunteers, and other visitors with courtesy. Disruptive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
Technical Assistance
If you encounter any issues, have safety concerns, or require help, please approach any Penang Science Cluster staff member immediately.
Photography & Filming
Photography is allowed for personal use, but commercial or media recording requires prior approval from Penang Science Cluster Admin.

Follow all safety instructions stated in the instruction manual provided.
Clean & Tidy
Please keep the Techlab clean and return any tools or materials to their designated places after use.
