MakerLab school teams have entered their 1st gear into the 6-month Advanced MakerLab Program!
21 secondary schools joined us for the Instructables Track Workshop last weekend and have selected their projects for the MakerFest competition to be held in November 2023. Young makers will put their project management skills to the test as they work together with their teachers and mentors to build innovative final projects and compete for the top awards!
Meanwhile, 9 schools from the Penang Island have checked in for the RC Car Track Workshop and embarked on their arduous months of workshops, makers’ jam sessions, and proto-testing to create the ultimate remote control car and racing obstacle. They aim to showcase their best creation during Makerfest 2023.
We are also excited to welcome 6 schools from Seberang who will be joining our thrilling RC Car workshops in two weeks’ time!
